Current Roles at Richter

Sales Development

 

We're a fast growth company (we've made the Inc. 5000 list for 5 consecutive years) and we're looking to add a few key people to the team.

 

We have a strong sales team and an exceptional sales training program which will give you all the tools you need to start successfully selling our products quickly.

Daily activities include:

  • Phone calls 

  • Emails to prospects and clients 

  • Prospecting 

  • Client meetings via phone or in person 

 

We're looking for ambitious people.  We're looking for people who like sales, like what we do and who are looking for an opportunity that will challenge them.

Our purpose as a company is to help other companies grow. The products we sell help our clients expand and we get consistently fantastic feedback which gives our sales team confidence in what they're selling and why it's important.

We're looking for people who have experience in sales, can sell over the phone, and have the ability to sell services in the range of $6000 to $100,000

A strong business development rep makes around $3000 to $6000+ per week and it's realistic to make $100,000 to $300,000 per year depending on sales production. 

Our agency currently has around 40 people and we're growing each quarter. We're truly looking for the best people we can find who love what we do and fit what we're looking for

VP Marketing

We're a fast growth company (we've made the Inc. 5000 list for 5 consecutive years) and we're looking to add a few key people to the team.

 

Our Marketing Director will take on the overall responsibility of managing Richter’s marketing team and strategy.

Daily activities include:

  • Managing Richter’s social media accounts.

  • Orchestrating and managing Richter’s social advertising.

  • Writing and releases blog articles and press releases.

  • Orchestrating and promoting online webinars with Richter key executives.

  • Crafting and executing an effective overall marketing strategy that will bring a steady stream of new potential clients to our sales team.

 

We're looking for someone ambitious, with a vision. We need someone who has experience in marketing, but also has the ability to manage people and push productivity under pressure.

 

In this position you will be creating and implementing an effective master strategy for Richter’s marketing. Our purpose as a company is to help other companies grow. The products we sell help our clients expand and we get consistently fantastic feedback. We need someone to let the world know.

Finance Director

We're a fast growth company (we've made the Inc. 5000 list for 5 consecutive years) and we're looking to add a few key people to the team.

 

Our Finance Director will take on the overall responsibility of managing Richter’s Finance team, overseeing Richter’s accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Daily activities include:

  • Working with Richter’s Accounts Receivable Director to ensure all money owed is accounted for and collected on time.

  • Overseeing Richter’s bookkeeping team to ensure all records are accurate and money is disbursed on time.

  • Liaising with key Richter executives.

  • Being overall responsible for Richter’s financial viability.

This position is not for a bookkeeper, it’s for an executive who can take responsibility for our financial viability.

VP Human Resources

We're a fast growth company (we've made the Inc. 5000 list for 5 consecutive years) and we're looking to continue this growth.

 

Our Human Resources Director will take on the overall responsibility of managing Richter’s personnel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Finding qualified candidates to fill open positions at Richter.

  • Conducting preliminary interviews with potential new hires and providing recommendations on new hires.

  • Onboarding new hires.

  • Knowing and implementing Richter HR policy to ensure the happiness and productivity of our team.

  • Ensuring Richter is in compliance with all applicable HR laws in regions where we have employees.

 

We need someone who has experience in Human Resources, as we have employees across the USA and Canada. As our HR Director, you will be responsible for ensuring they continue to work in harmony, delivering incredible service to our clients.
