What is the Richter Product Box?
The companies we work with often need support in one of four areas: pre-sales and marketing, sales enablement, training and internal communications, or customer experience.
We created what we refer to as our “Product Box” that breaks these areas down into four separate quadrants. We assess each area and define what needs to be done to accomplish the given goal for that area.
The entire point of the Richter product box and the way our services are structured is to help fill in the gaps in your sales journey. We will coordinate with you and your team to collect everything that is working because by definition those points are not gaps. As the missing elements are filled in, they now become areas of strength and what was working now works even better.
