This is to be used when you have just sent a proposal to a prospect after a discovery call or at some point in the sales cycle. You then call them immediately to confirm the proposal with the following script.

“Hi Name

Just wanted to confirm you received the proposal? (they typically say, yes, but haven’t had a chance to look at it) so you say:

No problem, I just wanted to ensure you received it.

Listen, when you have a chance to review it, let me know if you have any questions or concerns at all and I’ll address them right away.

Thanks again!”
