Communication and Confront

When a client or prospect is out of communication and you can’t seem to get in communication with them - you’re not trying hard enough. You need to really increase your personal level of confront for the situation - your ability to be there comfortably, without flinching - and then take action to get them into communication.


It’s as simple as that.


With tools like Skype, text message, email, Facebook, telephone, google chat and so on, there absolutely is a way to get in communication with the client or prospect. The real problem boils down to you not wanting to really confront the situation and prospect or client.


If something seems stuck or someone is out of communication, the very first thing to do is to increase your personal level of confront for the situation and then decide what you need to do to fully handle it. Then you need to do it rather than hem and haw over and over while burning valuable time which doesn’t help anyone involved.


Time is precious so use it wisely and push your cycles along by fully confronting each and every situation that comes up. Just know that if you have the thought or say that someone is not getting back with you or is out of communication, the operating basis here at Richter simply says that you are not trying hard enough or your confront for the situation is out.
