Born and raised in sunny Southern California, Sam is passionate about solving problems, crunching numbers, collaborating with teammates, and organizing reports that drive actionable intelligence. With this skill set it’s no wonder Sam is Richter’s Vice President of Finance. Sam brought over 15 years of business finance and management experience with her when she joined Richter in 2018, valuable tools she uses on a daily basis. One of Sam’s favorite aspects about her job is the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, singularly focused on delivering the best possible client experience. Beyond that, she loves the supportive culture Richter provides; including our CEO’s inspirational quotes and the funny people she gets to interact with every day.
As a self-described introvert, when she’s not elbow deep in finance reports Sam can be found spending her time reading, snuggling with her dogs, riding her off-the-track thoroughbred mare, or traveling with her family.
