In 2008, Robert co-founded Richter with his partner Wil Seabrook. What started as a small scrappy agency has grown to become a multi-year fast growth Inc 5000 company with a client list that includes some of the largest tech related companies in the world. Robert's role is centered around forming the vision, driving growth, and improving the products and services that push Richter to become the world leader in our field.
Wil brings the same level of passion and idealism to his work as he does to every area of his life. Wil’s strengths lie in identifying how communication and messaging can be improved across new media platforms, whether it be through branding, honing a message, or creating a video trailer that perfectly captures a client’s business model and makes it simple to understand.
Originally from Australia, Spence moved to the States with his family in 2002. He joined the company as one of the very first employees in 2008 and has always been on the front lines of Richter’s developing services. He is a passionate follower of the Australian cricket team, an avid golfer and the lead singer in a rock band. Yes, golf and a rock band. Hey, it's good enough for Alice Cooper, right?
Jessica started copywriting with Richter in 2012, writing hundreds of scripts before stepping into the role of Video Production Director in 2013. Now she works closely with our production team (copywriters, animators, videographers/video editors, voiceover artists, etc) as well as clients to ensure the process is a smooth one and results in an excellent video.
As a resident of Bozeman, Montana, she spends her free time fly fishing the Yellowstone River, mountain biking local trails or skiing the Bridger Mountains.
Tatyana is a smooth operator who oversees the production of Richter's campaign videos and ensures that each one goes off without a hitch. A versatile wordsmith with an ad agency background, Tatyana now utilizes her linguistic skills by being a liaison between Richter’s wonderful clients and fantastic creative team. Born in Ukraine, raised in Chicago, and proudly trilingual, she hopes to one day write novels from a hammock in the Maldives. After work, Tatyana likes to kick up her heels and cha cha her way around a dance floor.
Devan started at Richter in 2012 and has never looked back, spearheading our sales team and quickly becoming our leading revenue producer. He closed and manages many of our large accounts, including HP, NETGEAR, Kaspersky Lab, Infor, Frontier, and many others. He’s passionate about helping his clients rapidly grow revenue and expand their businesses by finding the exact Richter services that best suit them and delivering a tailored solution. Outside of Richter he is an avid organic farmer and loves to travel.
With a background in communications, social marketing and networking, Ben’s main focus is to assist clients in to achieving their goals through use of video. He fully subscribes to the idea that our bottom line should always be reflected by our clients’ bottom line. Outside of Richter, Ben is a baseball aficionado and published sportswriter.
Originally from LA, Davie recently made the transition to Seattle with his wife and son because he saw the importance of Richter's Purpose of helping companies grow. He comes to Richter from a 10 year background of sales and recruitment, and believes that strong communication is the groundwork upon which great companies are built. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, photography, music, movies, snowboarding and reading.
Born in Sacramento, Simon has lived in every major city in California. With a strong background in Finance, Public Relations, Sales, Marketing and Management, Simon turned to business development in order to utilize his skills. Simon has a passion for seeing his clients and those around him do well and expand. Outside of Richter, Simon is an avid philanthropist and humanitarian, supporting many non-profit groups.
Keith takes care of the administrative needs of our sales team. Keith works out of the Seattle office and loves hiking and exploring the Northwest outdoors.
Joe has been with Richter since July of 2014. He has years of experience handling business administration and loves working with the team here at Richter. Joe currently resides in Seattle, Washington with his wife and 2 kids.
Spencer Lull started in sales early on in life and never looked back. He is motivated by his desire to help companies grow and achieve the highest level of success with their endeavors. He grew up in a musical family and is an avid musician himself. He enjoys playing guitar, piano, singing and music production. He was born and raised in the Bellevue, WA and currently resides the San Francisco Bay Area.
Angela loves helping people, working a lot and having fun while doing it. She has spent the last 15 years dedicated to helping people, working in HR, Sales, Finance, Establishment and Administration. She is a traveler, and by the time she was ten years old she had been to every state in the US and has continued to travel around the world since then. Now living in California, she takes every chance she has to be at the beach, day or night. She loves learning new things, meeting new people and spends her free time doing photography (at the beach) and being with her new puppy, Bear.
Alana hails from the Tri-State Area and moved to Clearwater in late 2009. She has been with Richter since 2010 and is our lead Account Manager, having played a key role in sculpting the Strategic Relations program into what it is today. Her specialty in tracking down ideal prospects for Richter and our clients has resulted in many new deals closed year after year.
Outside of Richter, Alana has been playing music since age 10 and has played with several different bands. She also enjoys woodworking, photography, and hockey.
Debbie works with Richter’s sales team to build the client base for the video production department. Growing up in Santa Barbara, California, she is also a writer, filmmaker, traveler and humanitarian.
Born in Brooklyn NY and raised in Clearwater FL, Jesse has been with the Richter crew since 2011 and serves as our Communications Director. He enjoys watching movies, playing music with his friends and going to good restaurants in his spare time.
Nicole is the senior account rep for some of Richter’s oldest clients, handling a variety of unique campaigns. Born in Baldwin, NY, Nicole moved to Palm Harbor, Florida in 2000. In her free time she is an avid photographer.
Michael has been with Richter since 2014 and currently works with the Target Public Research group. He uses his expertise and ingenuity to help Richter identify ideal clients and gather all important information related. He's passionate about ensuring our clients attain quality Reaches that lead to ideal candidates. Outside of Richter, he loves to follow his favorite sports teams and enjoying the nature of southern California.
Kerry does administrative work for Richter, helping our sales team to find the perfect target audiences to talk to. She resides in Clearwater, Fl. coming here from New York 29 years ago. Her other interests are photography and music.
Steve works behind the scenes ensuring that Richter's communications run cleanly and expediently. A native of Florida working out of Tampa, he enjoys sports & recreation.
Glen was born in Chicago and is a graduate of NYU Film School, now living the California Dream. Glen is a senior level scriptwriter and copywriter who loves playing music, surfing (the ocean not the internet) and attending concerts.
Jake works as a writer here at Richter, and he's loving every minute of it. He's worked in a lot of creative environments over the years, but none of them have approached the level of teamwork, drive, and just plain fun that Richter provides. When he's not putting pen to paper (or fingers to keyboard), he's making music, going to dance classes, or going motor racing.
Jim Meskimen is a stand-up comedian, actor, impressionist and voice artist. He is known for his work on "Whose Line Is It Anyway?", his appearances on The Tonight Show, The Boondocks, and Pinky and The Brain, and in many national commercials, including VW, Sprint, Pacificare and Honda.
A professional actress, writer and producer, Ryann is a veteran with major and independent TV, film and print credits as well as hundreds of voiceovers to her name. She's also a talented artist, selling her paintings as well as her line of one of a kind, high end jewelry to private clients and collectors all over the country.
Since completing school with a degree in fine arts, Roy has worked extensively in the film and media industry in areas such as copywriting, video editing, animation and sound editing. He has a strong passion for film and music which he creates in his spare time. He also enjoys concerts, traveling and breakfast.
Britt Henricksen is Richter’s whiteboard animation Illustrator who uses digital art when on the job, but also enjoys working with a colorful variety of materials in her personal creations. Born and raised in the bay area, she found a passion for art at a young age and later attended the Academy of Art University where she received a BFA in illustration. She gains lots of inspiration while living in San Francisco and finds the quirky residents and tourists to be great references for her own character designs. When she’s not doodling, you can find her indulging in new restaurants, visiting the SPCA, flying her trick kite and trying to convert her friends into vegetarians.
Billy Pence is a motion graphic artist living in Los Angeles, California who explores painting, collage, digital printing, motion graphics, animation, 3D modeling, video, and Internet Art.
Graham has a degree in Film and Digital Technology and a lifelong love of the visual arts. When he’s not hard at work animating, he’s watching movies, playing racquetball, and exploring the hiking trails around Los Angeles.
With a background in corporate communication and graphic design, Kenton loves bringing visual ideas to life through motion graphics. When he's not working he's loves spending time at home with his family.
Nick currently resides in Chicago and is one of Richter's most requested animators. Aside from his work with us, he holds several feature film credits as a VFX artist/animator, and created a YouTube viral video that has over 4.5 million views. He can also do 100 push-ups in a row while composing a symphony. No seriously, he totally can.
Ethan lives in sunny Los Angeles, California. He grew up in London, Kentucky, the birthplace of KFC and honey buns, so this L.A. transplant’s creativity is fueled by soul food. He started with Richter in 2014 and animates motion graphics to his southern fried heart’s content. Ethan enjoys exploring the L.A. scene on the back of his classic motorcycle, and pursuing his love and talent for film.
With a background in motion graphics and film production, Clint loves bringing art to life through animation. He is always trying to learn and expand the styles he can create. Currently residing in Los Angeles, some of his hobbies include ice skating, cooking, and eating. Mostly eating.
With an extensive background in graphic design and corporate customer service, Toby is a California native who has circled the globe to return to his home state and enjoy the sunshine, surf, and real Mexican food.
Jimmy Collins studied film under award-winning filmmakers Ross McElwee and Robb Moss at Harvard University, where he received a degree in Visual and Environmental Studies in 2007. At Harvard, he made several films, including Giant Slice, a documentary about an irreverent, life-changing trip around United States.
Jimmy was one of four American scholars awarded the first-ever Fulbright/mtvU Fellowship in 2007, which brought him to South Africa to engage in a project he designed involving music education and filmmaking in the South African townships. His blog during this year, featuring videos and photos from around South Africa, was presented by mtvU, MTV's university network.
Since returning to the United States, Jimmy has worked on video projects for numerous artists, bands, and companies, including Dell, Samsung, Tourism Australia, Current TV, Chick Corea, My Morning Jacket, Death Cab for Cutie, and X Japan, to name a few. He won a Juno Award in 2011 for his work with the band Broken Social Scene and recently launched Bronson Island, a web show hosted by Danny Masterson.
